Activision vs Infinity Ward!
For now and on, I'm going to stop making new topics involving this legal issue... because there's always something new and interesting coming up every time something new unfolds. There's so much drama it's starting to turn into a soap opera... coming in the fall.
Anyway, just recently an EA employee admitted to Activision that there was an e-mail involved that gave a little proof that Infinity Ward employees were working along side EA employees. The e-mail was from EA DICE senior director of global marketing Lincoln Hershberger, the email reads, "A couple months ago, I asked Vince to hold back their map pack until after we launched. (He owes me one). Given that they've already made a billion, he was cool with that, obviously Kotick took it as being belligerent."
(Belligerent means to associate with a state of war so to speak).
I'm not even going to post my opinion because... well it's obvious. Sounds to me like Bobby Kotick wanted all opposition eliminated and wanted it to be a less competitive market... too bad the map packs weren't as good as he was hoping and he over exaggerated considering MW2 is more popular STILL than Bad Company 2...

In other news:
MW3 is rumored to being worked on not only by IW, but by Sledgehammer Games and Raven Software. Raven Software isn't really known for quality... and for a while now we've known about Sledgehammer Games being a new studio made by Activision specifically to make Call of Duty titles, to replace IW.

Yeah but they also made Quake 4... regardless they're supposedly working on the next 007 game (which is believed to be tied into the next movie...) and now MW3? Good luck considering they also dropped a few employees last year.
