Mirror's Edge 2 Canceled (Without even being announced)

When you think outside the box with an FPS, you probably think about BRINK. However back in 2008 and 2009, your thinking Mirror's Edge, which ironically was kinda crap. The game was statistically not impressive, and the attempt to make what would make a better 3rd person platformer, a 1st person platformer... see even saying FPP doesn't even sound right!

However, in a report with press2play.tv, EA CEO John Riccitiello said,

The employees are obviously working on Battlefield 3, and this doesn't mean there never will be a Mirror's Edge 2, just not anytime soon.

Never played the first one... so I really don't care about this game.
Sooo many games canceled... I'm scared for BRINK ~ D:
